Teacher in the Workplace
Offered during the summer, high school teachers are placed in local manufacturing companies for week-long immersion experiences.
A two-year immersion experience that is focused on work preparedness, improved academic performance and internships. Students learn leadership, communication and professional soft skills through classes and out-of-school activities. In addition, REACH students take a series of specific technical classes in selected career focus areas such as manufacturing, professional business trades, health care, and human services.
